- Your question is primarily operating-system related. Although you
- may get an answer here, a better bet is to post your question in
- one of the comp.os.... groups. Now, don't forget, Win95 and NT
- are operating systems so you might try comp.os.ms-windows.nt
- or comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.
