  32. Your question is primarily operating-system related.  Although you 
  33. may get an answer here, a better bet is to post your question in 
  34. one of the comp.os.... groups.  Now, don't forget, Win95 and NT 
  35. are operating systems so you might try comp.os.ms-windows.nt 
  36. or comp.os.ms-windows.programmer.
